New version of app will not download

New version of app will not download. I currently have version 2.3.0. When I go to App Store it shows new version 2.3.1 but will not let me download it. All I can do is open the existing version.

any ideas?

deleted the app from your phone, reboot phone via the power button, go to store and d/l the new version

I am still receiving duplicate videos.. want to know when this is going to be resolved ? I did uninstall and stall however; with no resolution.
