Replacemet batteries

I just replaced all of the batteries in my 3 origial cameras. The system is still saying to replace the batteries. I also added a new camera with factory batteries and it is working.

I used Duracell batteries as the replacement.

Do I need to re-synch the origial cameras

Why won't the system recognize that batteries were replaced

BTW the batteries are in proper position

It should recognize new batteries. Try power cycling the base.

I have the same issue but I replaced all my batteries and only had trouble with one. So I took batteries that worked in one camera and put them in it. Still nothing so I tried resync it would not resync. I'm using energizes. What is my next step?

I replaced all my batteries as well as they were all dead. They did last for over 9 months which was great.

I used Duracell replacements. I also added 1 new camera which came right online

The re-synch worked for me with the original 3 cameras.

Try powering dow the base then restart it; then re-synch the cameras.

Make sure the base sync button is only a brief (<1 second) press. Longer causes issues.
