      <title>Firmware won't update</title>

      <description>I have a green screen preventing me from viewing on my android device saying I need to do a firmware upgrade. I try to do one but nothing happens. I have logged on using iPhone and also computer to initiate the firmware upgrade for the cameras and both of them work using anything other than my android device. I have tried re installing the arlo app on my Samsung but still cannot view the camera feed on my Samsung phone. Any help would be appreciated</description>

      <description>Nope, the preview screen that usuallyrics has the last picture on it and the play button is green with firmware update available and the update button and doesn't do anything</description>
