No. The choice is to increase light level. Move the camera to a different room or outdoors to see if color shows up. If not, open a case with support.

BTW, you did remove the plastic over the camera front, right?

My arlo is only showing black and white in a room that is not poorly lit. Is there a way to adjust the Black and White threshold?

This was not the wording of my original question. Why was the question I submitted edited? I asked if the Arlo had different color sensitivity to my old VueZone cameras, which worked fine and in color in the same locations.

Maybe the site burped and switched posts made at the same time? If a post has ben edited, there's a notification of that in the header of that post.

Can't answer the actual question since I never had VueZone. However, it wouldn't be "color sensitivity" but the threshold for light level that triggers the switch from color to B&W and the hysteresis to switch back. I can certainly see a different system having a different threshold as well as specific cameras doing the same due to differences in sensors and/or electronics.
