So i switched from the free 7 day plan to the 30 day plan. As soon as i upgraded, there were my videos from the last 30 days, videos that i thought were gone forever since they were only recorded for the 7 day plan. So my question is, how long does Arlo keep my videos?

We've seen this before ... and the real answer has to come from Netgear as to their housekeeping.

But , since you upgraded and have you past 30 days, I would venture to say maybe 60 as that is the max days storaged under the Elite plan.

so the price to pay for needed videos that were deleted is the upgrade that was needed in the first place ! 🙂

You can't. Any videos in your library came be downloaded but that's it.
