There was an app update over the weekend to that version you mention. I would uninstall the App from your phone and head back to the Play store and reinstall. It was acting flaky but is stable now.

My arlo system works fine when used with any one of my computers, but when I try and get to my system via my smart phone, I get a regular arlo log in screen with a superimposed message that says my app requires an update to continue. When I touch "Update Now" it takes me to play.google.com where it shows that arlo is installed already and that the last update was December 17, 2016 - with the current version being 23.0-15491, Why can't I view and control my arlo from my smart phone anymore?

Did uninstalling and downloading a fresh version of the app resolve the issue?

Please let us know,
