I have 5 cameras The camera I am having problem with run and record just when l check it not to often The camera worked well for a long time Did not contact net gear how to contact netgear

If it's just the one camera and you have changed the batteries and relocated it and still you are experiencing the same behavior. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
