I am about a thousand miles away from my 2nd home. After running the Arlo android upgrade this morning I can't see my 2 remote webcams. I don't know anyone who can get inside my remote home to reset the base. I have the basic free subscription. I checked and there was no power failure at the remote home location. The system message shown on my Samsung S7 is "Arlo is off line". Any suggestion? Thanks.

Arlo now works! I suspect Arlo/Netgear server went down and is back online now.

<STRIKE>It is possible it is just on the phone ( since you just did an update and the cameras went out. )</STRIKE>

<STRIKE> </STRIKE>

<STRIKE>Uninstall the app, re-install it and see what happens.</STRIKE>

<STRIKE>If still NG, get a PC and access the account thru it and make sure it is off line.</STRIKE>

<STRIKE> </STRIKE>

<STRIKE>If the above doesn't work and you can't get access to reboot the base, there in not much else you can do remotely</STRIKE>

Thanks, Tom for your prompt response. Per my earlier reply I believe that the Arlo/Netgear server went down a little bit after my upgrade.

My remote monitoring webcams seem to be OK and online.

Regards.
