Why am I not getting a banner alert on my IPhone I do get my email alert, when motion is detected. I was getting alerts when I was setting cameras for first time set up. My alerts are turned on my phone and also turned on for each camera. Thanks for any help

If you mean your not getting pushes, there have been serveral threads in the last day that others are seeing the same.. check them out.

Put in a trouble ticket to Netgear.

This issue has been resolved. Users may need to log out of their iOS app and log back before push notifications start working again.
