Cannot update firmware and motion detection events not in library

Hello everyone,

First time poster so here I go:

Arlo will not store video clips in the library. Recieve alert when motion detected. We I click on library icon and nothing viewable. I can view live video. Also, I am unable to update firmware. Many thanks.

CRJ900,

What is preventing you from updating the firmware? Are you getting any error messages?

Firmware updates may also complete automatically overnight. Are you still seeing this issue?
