Arlo camera detects motion but will not record a d running man is gray/white

I have cameras synced but the running man is white. I can't get any recordings getting sick of rebooting base station and cameras. Need some help.

Did you use the mode ARMED to turn the cameras on motion detect record?

Or from the live view screen , hit the round target icon to manually start a record session

Yes, but the target icon doesn't respond. I have rebooted, changed batteries, deleted device's just name it. I'm stuck with a non functioning system.

Open a case with support. We can't replace hardware here.
