Arlo camera will not sync

I am trying to sync a camers. It has been slowly flashing blue for 10 minutes. I last turned this camera on 78 days ago. Yes it has new batteries.

Comments/suggestions on how to get it to sync?

Have you been using the base and other cameras in the meantime? If so, open and close the battery door and try again. Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button.

If the system has been totally off, you may need to reset the base, remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh using the Add Device button in the Devices tab.
