Can the Arlo be used inside looking out of a window. I've set it up to look outside, however it doesn't seem to recognize motion. I set the motion sensitivity to the highest setting without any results. Can it be set up inside to look outside, or does it need to be located outside..

The PIR sensor needs IR to detect and most glass will reflect or absorb that IR. You'll need to mount the camera outdoors. Note that the Q cameras use pixel-based detection so will work through windows if mounted close to the glass.
