    <description>&lt;P&gt;That did not work.&amp;nbsp; Appears it is defective.&amp;nbsp; I worked wiht NetGear tech support for nearly an hour.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My motion detection on my camera no logner works.&amp;nbsp; I have 4 this one quit working.&amp;nbsp; It is only 2 months old.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Take the bad camera... go to settings and for that camera use REMOVE DEVICE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open the battery door and check battteries, replace if needed ( resets the camera )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Resync the camera back as if new ( new device ) and this will reset all the settings for the camera back to default.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;test now and see if working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If still NG after, contact Netgear Support&lt;/P&gt;</description>
