After update nothing works. Changed batteries, reset the router. NOTHING

Take the camera and open battery door ( make sure batteries are good )

go to settings for camera and use REMOVE DEVICE.

power button cycle the base, let it reboot ( takes a min or two )

close battery door and bring camera back as if new with a resync
