Arlo version 221 Pink picture

Very pink picture in daylight mode. Seems ok for night though. Reverts to normal on the odd occasion but this is rare. Changing batteries did not help. Camera outside although in sheltered position and not subject to rain. Any cure for the pink picture ? Thanks.

Reset the camera by pulling the batteries for a few seconds. If it restarts and resyncs and goes pink again at any stage soon, get the camera exchanged for a new one

Thanks for the suggestion. Reset the batteries but picture not improved, it did change curiously but went purple instead. It was worth trying though.

Faulty camera then. I had one and had it exchanged. The new one has been fine *touch wood*
