    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are threads here about using a USB cable connected to a computer to maybe fix issues like this but it's been a while. It might be faster/easier to open a case to get support. &amp;nbsp;Try chat or phone for (hopefully) faster response.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>camera not powering up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had some issues resyncing my camera after the batteries were replaced, then I think accidentally removed the batteries when the camera led was flashing blue and yellow led, I forgot this happens during firmware update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now my camera does not power up anymore, when I insert new batteries and press the sync button, not even the blue led flashes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I fix this? Is there another way to reset the camera?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
