I was able to sinc three of the four cameras to the Netgear base station. The fouth one only blinks a reddish orange color while attempting to sinc. What do you recommend I do?

Orange light is "batteries need replacing" isn't it?

If you're only getting an amber LED when attempting to sync this could indicate depleted batteries. Consider a fresh set (or use a set from one of the working cameras to test) and try again.

I just unpacked my system and was able to sync one camera. The second camera which has fresh batteries blinks a rapid Amber after approximately 12 seconds of a slow blinking blue light.
I am under the impression that my batteries are fine but I'm having problems syncing.
Additionally When I press the sync button on the base station the third LED does not blink it is just a constant green

More than likely you're holding the base sync button too long - just a brief press will do it.
