Due to wi-fi limitations, I will probably have to have more than one base station. At this point, I am not sure which base station location will ensure the best reception for a particular camera. This will have to be done on a trial and error basis. Therefore, the final camera/base station paring may not be the same as the initial paring. I believe, from another post, that cameras, once paired with a base station can still be removed and pared with another base station. Just need to have this confirmed. Thanks

Yes, removing a camera from one base allows it to be synced to another.

is there any differeces between the orginal ARLO base Station and the Base Station that comes with the Arlo Pro? the Pro Camera seem to work with the orginal base station?

The various wireless pieces are all interoperable. What you lose by using Pro cameras on an original base is the ability to use the siren as well as USB drive storage capability.
