I have another system set up with the wireless cameras, so I am familiar with how to set up the wireless cameras. Unfortunately, this package may have a defective base station or something because the wireless cameras are not appearing on the app after several attempts to set them up. I can not find customer support so I may send the system back.

Power cycle the base and open and close the battery doors. What are the LEDs on the base showing? If you need support, use the link at the bottom of the desktop version of this site for Contact Support.
