Connect Arlo without WPS

Right before I got my Arlo I got an Eero mesh wifi network (which is awesome and I highly recommend). It doesn't support WPS though due to security issues.

Is there a way to "fake" my Eero into connecting Arlo's? Like renaming a laptop to the same name as one of the cams or something...

No... the cams talk only to the base units.

Hmm...it's been about 6 months but I could've sworn when I set up Arlo's it asked if I wanted to connect them directly to my router or use base station. No?

That message is still there for folks using the appropriate (but very old) firmware on the Netgear R7000 routers. Since Netgear has dropped support for the R7k, it's a moot point.
