plug icon reolaces battery indicator

My battery icon was replaced over night with a plug icon. Is this a new feature? If so, what is it trying to indicate? (Using android app).

The plug shows the unit is on AC power.... are your cameras?

Will rechargable batteries perhaps cause this? Although they have been installed for over 3 months (recent update has been eating batteries by the week)

Since it's built into the app and web interfaces, it may just be a display issue. If using the app, try force closing the app. In both the app and browser, clear the caches. Log in and try again.

Are you still seeing this behavior after clearing your app/browser cache and trying again as suggested above?
