I want to replace my Y-Cam White indoor camera, but want a replacement that will 'snapshot' a JPG image and put in on my FTP Server to add to a website. I had it taking a photo every 5 minutes during variable daylight periods.

Can your models do this and what would be the battery life for the rechargeable ones which do this.

I would prefer an outdoor camera if possible, but could stay with an indoor one.

Only the Q indoor cameras allow snapshots via a rule. However, the bigger issue is that you can't set any of these cmaeras to do something on a timed basis, only on motion. Also, automatic uploading to your ftp server is something that you'd have to script by firts downloading the image and then uploading it to your server.
