Mi Arlo Camero is set to the smallest amount of sensitivity but is still detecting motion virtually every 10 minutes. I have even set it on 1 and its dtill detencting motion. How do i fis this before ANOTHEr set of batteries is required. Also are you planning on recommending a brand of re-chargable batteries

Pull the batteries out to reset the camera.

Go to SETTINGS and use REMOVE DEVICE for that camera. Now bring the camera back as new ( this will reset all settings to default ) by re-syncing.

If problems continues after these steps, contact Netgear as the camera may have a problem.

Also, make sure the sensitivity setting you're using is the one in your modes and rules and that you're saving the settings as you back out. Don't use the one in Settings under Motion Test.

It appears you haven't updated firmware or app in a long time. All Motion On/Off was deprecated a year ago. I'd suggest either resetting the base, removing all devices in Settings, My Devices and the adding the base using Add Device in the Devices tab and sync you cameras or at least creating a new mode to your liking using the Mode tab. Click on your base and create a new mode with a rule for one camera. Save and then edit that same mode to add additional rules for other cameras.
