      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my 4 cameras have the red tint problem and i have tried everything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have registrered my cameras online and tried to choose "replace defective product". When i do this i get to a sceen saying "We are now ready to help you with this product" and then nothing happens. I have tried calling the Danish support telephone but im just put on infinite hold. When trying online chat it tries to connect for hours nothing happens&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;FONT color="#7d706c"&gt;We are experiencing an unusually high number of chat requests. All our experts are currently busy handling other customers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN class="labels"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#7d706c"&gt; We will connect you to a next available chat expert &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come on Netgear how do&amp;nbsp;i contact you to&amp;nbsp;get my defective camera replaced under it's warrenty?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
