I'd wager that the act of moving the camera cleaned the area of spider webs (I've had a single strand set off recordings) and/or the view has changed somewhat after replacing the camera, eliminating the thing that was causing the issue.

Just a SWAG...

Bought a set of 3 cameras last week. Set the up on Saturday and all fine.

On Sunday morning one of them constantly started detecting motion and recording. There was no motion. I took the camera down and took the batteries out for 30 seconds. This seems to have resolved the issue.

Anyone else had this?
