      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try and sign up for a plan for my arlo system. I get an error message saying "We are sorry, The system is experiencing an unexpected issue.". I have tried via the app, google chrome, and firefox. I am tryting to sign up for the Elite billed yearly. I have tried multiple cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At one time in the past, I had a similar problem... The date on the card I used was incorrect and the problem locked me out ( anti phoney card? ).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had to make a call to Netgear to clear the account to be able to use my card again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check with Support via email/phone in US&lt;/P&gt;</description>
