First make sure the batteries are in correctly... There is a label just inside hats show +/-

When first closed , you should see the led show blue for a second

Try and resync again ... Only press the base button quickly, don't hold.

If still NG, go to settings, pick the camera and use Remove Device...then bring back as new

Try power cycling the base.

Did the blue LED blink? Is it possible that your 'new' batteries are faulty?

Battery was fine thanks. It is working now. I had to re boot.
