&lt;P&gt;No joke tho... your warranty covers that item, not an upgrade.&amp;nbsp; Both cameras work as well as they did before you decided to upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It dosn't mean the older cameras are usless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo camera recording red image</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two Arlo cameras and on one of the the image turned red. I called customer support and because the camera is covered under the warranty they are willing to exchange it. I asked the representative if I could have the new Arlo Pro instead because I was looking to upgrade my cameras anyway. I am willing to pay for the differennce. She said no and they are going to send me the same camera. It doesn't make any sense. They are going to send me a new camera that I'm not going to use and are not flexible on letting existing customers upgrade. I will have to buy two new Arlo Pro cameras and throw in the garbage the new one they send me without even taking it our of the box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
