Arlo wireless no lit LEDs on base station

I installed my unit a week ago and week ago, then yesterday I got a message on all cameras that device is offline and check for power and enternet connecion.

check unit I could not get it to power up again.. what's wrong.../

no lights come on....when i ret to repower the base

At minimum, the POWER led should be Green ( left most led )

If powered on via the ac adapter and you get nothing,...it's the base or the power supply.
