Arlo offline error message

I really wanted this system to work fior me

BUT

Frequently (most of the time) I access the system and am told it is offline

It times out trying to access the base station.

All I want to do is extend the record time on the cameras but the software or the system is not ready for prime time.

IS THERE A WAY TO FORCE THE BASE STATION TO RESPOND TO ACCESS?

don't know what your accessing with.... device / os ?

But with PC, sometimes its as simple as changing browsers... Try Fire Fox
