Npot able to detect Arlo base station

All,

I am not able to detect the Arlo base station from my laptop connected to the same router after a power outage. Before the outage everything was working great.

The base station shows the Power, Globe and the Camera LED as green.

I tried doing the factory reset by pressing the reset button and the sync button at the same time, but nothing happens. The LEDS never turn to Amber.

What should I do?

The above is not accurate...

The RE-SET is Hold in the RESET BUTTON only for about 10 secs...till the front Leds flash.

Then let the base come back online... you may have to re-sync the cameras after
