I'd be tempted to do a battery pull reset and if that didn't work, I'd replace the batteries anyway and see if that worked

I bought my Arlo cameras in September and put fresh batteries in that I bought. 9 days ago I noticed one camera says it isn't offline. Going under settings it says it is linked to the base. I'm deployed right now otherwise I would fiddle with it. My wife has been troubleshooting based on the online guide to no success. She brought it back inside, held sync on the base and then on the camera. She says the camera will blink for a split second and stop. The batteries were still full before it went offline. The position it was in was close enough to the base to work, full wifi bars. Not sure what troubleshooting she can do.

When syncing only use a quick push on the base sync button.

Try and resync.

If NG, open and close the battery door to reset the camera, then go into settings , that camera and use the Remove Device button.... Then bring the camera back as if it was new ( resync)

PS, Tk u for service!
