Hi Just purchased the item

The packaging is over kill, when removing the camera the plastic packaging material has snapped off into the camera, I cant remove this without opening the camera, I cant purchase the 360 mount with out this as this is where it screws off into the camera, Is this meant to happen? Is this a common issue, how can I remove the plastic? - So far I'm very unimpressed with this product.

It sounds like you are referring to the plastic screw that keeps the camera fixed inside the packaging. If this is broken and not able to be removed, consider contacting the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
