      <title>Alerts and recordings inconsistent</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just installed the 4 cameras 4 days ago and set up alerts and email notifications on the iOS app. Over these last few day, I have noticed times that I get alerts for almost every movement and then there are times in which no alerts or recording take place with very obvious motion, such as a person walking to my front door. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never log log out of the app, but when I go back in to check it, I have to log back in with my fingerprint. So, I'm not sure if the app might be turning off automatically or perhaps the cameras are going off line. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log back into the app, I'm able to view the live displays on each camera, so I know they work, but I have no idea why there are periods of time when there are no alerts. And I keep it in the alarm mode with the notification and email alerts checked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any my assistance would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
