    <description>I have used my cameras for approximately 1 month and receive daily recordings, over the weekend the cameras stopped recording. I receive the push notification but no more email alerts. I go to the library and there are no recordings even though it detector motion. I have switched everything off and back on but still nothing. I can view live and record manually.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;check and make sure the in the LIVE view that the "running men " are black&amp;nbsp; ( motione detect is ON )&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If they are gray, check your MODE settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you still experiencing this behavior?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If so, consider a reboot of the base station (using the on-off button) and try trigger motion detection again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the exact same problem, the library stopped archiving after about a month of use. Sensor is on and Mode is on with 'Record Video'.       <description>I recently had to restart my Q to get recordings in the library. Try power cycling your base. You may need to open and close the battery doors, too. If necessary, resync the cameras.</description>
