Add him as an admin user in the app settings. It will send him an email, he accepts it and sets up his own username and password. You can remove him later if you want or even limit his access.

House with cameras flooded. Restoration company kept turning off base station and wireless router for the Arlo Netgear Wireless Cameras. I am the primary account holder, but live six hours away. My brother can access house and wants to reactivate the cameras. How can we set him up as the new account holder to have him reactivate the cameras? Thank you for assistance.

The easiest way is, if you trust your brother , to just give him your sign in and password.... He can add his email info to get alerts also.

Also you can change the email/password if wanted under SETTINGS>PROFILE

The other way is to use REMOVE DEVICE and remove all the cameras and then base from the account... afterwards bring them back as a new install. If there is trouble with the base when resetting up you may have to contact support
