&lt;P&gt;You should use the same login information to log in to the iOS app as you use to log in from your PC.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What is preventing you from logging in? Are you getting any error messages when attempting to use that account information?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo camera app is not running anymore after having changed my i-phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since I changed my I-phone 5 to my new I-phone 6, the Arlo app does not connect me anymore to my cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see still see my cameras via my PC! I deleted and reinstallted the Arlo app on my phone but can't login any more to my account !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app ask me always to add a camera - what is going wrong here? How can I reconnect me via my Username and password using the apple app to see my cameras via my phone ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
