Is it possible to share a screen with my neighbor so they can watch to be sure that the doors are closed properly?

You can share a camera with a neighbor...SETTINGS>GRANT ACCESS.

Youc can also limited what functions thay have too.

They would need to have you grant them access using Settings, Grant Access and invite them. Once they finish the setup steps, they could use either the app or a browser using their own credentials to view whatever you share with them.

Can he just download Arlo on his cell phone like I did and then if I give him my login and password could he just open it up and view what I see on the camera?

Yes and no....

yes you can give him the password and login.... And he would see the same as you but you can't do it at the same time. If a second user logs in with the same info, the other person gets bumped offline.

Thats the reason for guest access so u can both view at same time
