Problem Setting up VMB3000 Base Station

Hi,

I have problem setting up Arlo base station. I tried several times but doesn't work.

I followed all instructions. There are 3 green lights. but every time I tried to set it up it will show "your base station could not be discovered."

I tried to rest still showing the same message. Could you please help?

Do you do a power reboot/reset or full reset?

For full reset... On the Base, hold in the reset button ( paperclip ) for about 10 sec till the front LEDs flash.

Start as if new again

Wait till it comes fully back on line withthe first two leds green. Then a quick push on the base sync button , then 2 sec later push the camera sync button

Will the third led green you should be able to see the camera(s)

Did performing a factory reset as described above by TomMac resolve the issue?
