Only Manual Video in Library

only manual recordings will show up in the library..I get alerts but there is no video..I have the camera in all motion mode..I can record manullay and it will show up in the library but not motion recordings..how do I fix this problem??..everything worked fine until I got a new internet modem

The modem should have nothing to do with anything. Make sure the filter in the library is off (the funnel-looking thing is empty/white).

The filter is off..I have done everything..I keep getting motion alerts even when there is no motion..it tells me that motion detection is on but camera is not set to record..I have it selected to record on motion..I have remove base and camera and have reinstalled them..nothing I have tired is making it record when there is motion

It sounds like your modes/rules may be the issue. Verify that any rules you have are set to re odd rather than to do nothing.

the rule is set for record..do nothing is not checked
