      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are the running men in the Devices tab for each camera gray or black? &amp;nbsp;If gray, recording is disabled. &amp;nbsp;Check your enabled mode to ensure it's still enabled or the schedule is set correctly. &amp;nbsp;Restarting the base may help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you live stream your cameras and manually record? Does that produce content in the library?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you see the same behavior from other browser/devices? Be sure you do not have a library filter set (if you do this may be hiding the recordings you are expecting to see).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I am having this problem also. I reset everything, both my devices are having the same problem. My library filter has green check marks on all options. I can manually record and it does show up in library. My cameras all detect motion just not showing up in library.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Check your modes/rules and make sure they are set up correctly to produce a recording.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To further isolate the issue, you might consider, recreating a custom mode from scratch and test that mode to see if you still get the same results.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you are still seeing this behavior,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I tried all these things and after talking with tech support and doing a speed test on my wifi it was determined that my upload speed is too slow so I can't update the firmware.</description>
