Slider function on recording length dose not work

The slider bar that adjust the length of recording time has stop working. When you try to adjust the length the slider dose not work and stays at 10 seconds.

I have deleted and reloaded the IOS App buy have the same problem. All the firmware is up to date. Any sugestions?

You van try logging out and back in as well as restarting the phone. Or use a browser until you get it resolved.

I have tested this and did not have any issues changing the recording length using the slider in iOS. After making changes to the recording length are you hitting the Save button in the top right hand corner to commit changes?
