basic arlo wireless 2 camera with base unit.

I installed the 2 cameras in my home to test them before moving them to my business. They worked fine. Now at my business I cannot get my network to recognize my base unit. I try the factory reset by holding the reset and sync buttons together but the amber lights on the base unit never blink. I think the unit must reset but I cannot get it to do so. Thanks.

Reset that base again...BUT ONLY WITH THE RESET BUTTON ( you had the old method )

Hold in the reset for about 10 secs, the front leds should flash when it happens...

Depending on who does your business network, don't forget that many are set up to block access to various sites. Netgear.com seems to be a frequent one. If you don't manage your own network, you may need to talk to IT to get access.
