Has anybody has a problem with the video settings then the pan and zoom. I can no longer use this option, any ideas ?...

Dont know what platform your using..... but the few times this has come up, moving to Fire Fox solved the problem

Weird, it worked before the update, I am using safari. It is not normal, lol.

Are you able to use the feature via mobile app or a different browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox)?

I am using my I-pad and I-phone only so the app from the App Store, I deleted the app on both devices and re-installed them and the app is working correctly now.
