Entire system off line

The entire system is offline the modem will not connect to the cameras and I have followed the instructions currenlty on line.

What LEDS are lite on the front of the base?

Usu this will fix;

Reboot the entire chain...

Power down the cable modem, wifi router and arlo base..... Power up in same order allowing each to come online before the next.

Also, the sync is a quick push on the base sync button ( not hold for 2 sec )
