First you say the batteries are fully charged.... Are you using rechargeables? If so what type and voltage?

If using OEM cells, open the battery door for a few secs,, then close.

Try a power button reboot of the base.

If that doesn't work, then go to settings for each camera, use REMOVE DEVICE.

Now one at a time bring each back as if new(resync)
