What happened to this site?

It's been a while since I visited here....and this site is now confusing...what am I missing?

- Some of the places I click "ask a question", and choose a forum (such as community feedback), I get "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

- When you try to search the Arlo forum for issues, it seems to search all of netgears boards, not just Arlo.

- I cannot see how to navigate from Forum board sections like i used to.

From a user perspective it's really unuseable.

Yeah, the site update was announced a week or so ago and they're trying to do it without taking the site down. I suspect things will get better/fixed quickly but right now we have to learn a new site.

Thanks guys, hope they get the kinks out....

I might be an old fogie but I long for the days when forums were readable and useable. Instead they seem designed to look good on a powerpoint slide to managers. Just the amount of white space, mixing of font sizes, the colors...argh.

FYI: Searching the forums "by date" (instead of relevancy) doesn't seem to do that correctly. Then again the search results don't even show the date.

What is preventing you from using the push to talk feature? Are you getting an error message when pressing the microphone icon on a live stream?
