Arlo wire free Camera will not update

I just received my system today, and of course while setting up there were firmware updates. All my cameras updated except 1. I have removed the batteries for 30 seconds, deleted the camera from the app, and re-synchronizedon't the camera. it still will not update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

reset the camera again ( open and close door ) let re-sync

Power button reboot the base

I left the battery door open for 3 mins this time and it worked. I forgot I had reset the base before I deleted the camera earlier. Just looks like all the capacitors needed to discharge to reset the camera.

This is a new question, I have Arlo with three cameras and I have had them about four months. I noticed recently that one was offline. I had to re sync it to the base with no problem, then it said there was an update available. I tried to update and it won't update.

Try power cycling the base and open and close the battery door. Leave if overnight and see if the update is applied.
