Your device is not connected

Hello , can anyone provide assistance on what to do here. I have 6 cameras, and I keep getting "Your device is not connected" for two and havent changed anthing since setting them up. How do I get them up and running

Try removing those cameras from Settings, My Devices and resync, being sure to only briefly press (<1 second) the base sync button. Make sure the batteries are fresh.
